3/06/09 - Bike

I know, same day another post? Well, I got an unexpected, but welcome chance for another workout. My fiance and I are sharing cars this week, and I've been graciously lugged around town by my workout partner and friend Cristy. Her car went out last night, so, next best thing was my bike.

I took it into work today, and on the way home, decided to take a nice 40 minute detour through town, by the ocean, and along some gorgeous fields. Felt great! It's the first time I've really gotten to play around with the speed on my bike. I thought I was just zooming along since I was keeping up with the town traffic until this man dressed in all black from head to toe (including his bike) flew past me... I'm pretty sure it was a ninja though, so that doesn't really count!
