Weekend Recap

2/28/09 - REST DAY!!!

Oh so well deserved, and oh so needed, I didn't make it to my group ride and run on Saturday because I has some pretty important business to attend to... a hair cut and color! I headed up to Sacramento where my family and hairdresser reside at the wee hour of 6:30am. No, I didn't workout, but I never really rested either. I shopped until I almost literally dropped and then made some dinner with family. What a treat!

3/1/09 - Run

Just a quick 4 miler today. Nothing fancy. Should have been rest day, but since I was way too busy getting "blonded" on Saturday, I just threw a quick run in instead.
